New Oriental Energy and Chemical Corporation (NOEC) is an
established and profitable specialty chemical manufacturer in
the People¡¯s Republic of China (PRC) that is leveraging its expertise
to become an emerging manufacturer of alternative fuels. Its
core operations are the production and distribution of fertilizer
and chemicals such as Caramide, Ammonium bicarbonate, Methyl
alcohol, Liquid ammonia, Diethyl ether, within the PRC. It is

laws of the People¡¯s Republic of China (PRC). Its name was changed
to New Oriental Energy and Chemical corporation effective DATE,
and it began trading on the U. S. OTCBB under the symbol NOEC
on DATE
